14-day easy returns

Changed your mind or wrong size? You have 14 days from delivery to return unworn items in their original packaging for a full refund or exchange.

How it works

1. Start a return — message us on WhatsApp with your order number.
2. Pack it up — include all original packaging, tags and the shoe box (please protect the box — it's part of the product).
3. Send it back — we'll give you the return address. Kenyan customers get a pickup arranged.
4. Refund — issued within 3–5 business days of us receiving the item, back to your original payment method.

Things to know

• Items must be unworn, unwashed and with all tags attached.
• Sale items marked FINAL SALE can't be returned unless faulty.
• Faulty or incorrect items — we cover the return shipping and make it right.
